Max and Jo started Help-U-Sell March 1, 1995 because they loved the sales concept. They recently changed the name to 1st Choice Realty but are still doing business the same as they have for the past 15 years.  As lifelong residents of Bond County, they have raised their 3 children here and are fortunate to have all but 1 grandchild still in the area.  They have always been actively involved in the community and now,  with 8 grandchildren to follow around, they still are.  They love people which makes their work seem more like a hobby than a job.  Max and Jo and their family have enjoyed watersports, fishing, and boating on Governor Bond Lake.  They have many friends living on the lake and are knowledgeable about the lake itself as well as the subdivisions and homes surrounding it.
